On Friday, February 15, 2019, SAGE project coordinator Dr. Emin Tahirović and assistant Mirza Rastoder visited the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH and the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Canton Sarajevo.
Ajnura Akbaş is our alumna and aspiring young researcher focusing on the history of women and gender. Ajnura published two gender-related articles: ‘Can women reach God without men?’, and ‘Questioning the conventional assumptions on the role of women in the society’.

On Friday, February 16, 2018, the first informal session of “SHETalks” was held at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS). This event was organized as part of the IUS Gender Equality Plan which has in its focus gender equality in higher education.
SAGE (Systemic Action for Gender Equality) is an EU-Horizon2020 funded project designed to seek stronger action on gender equality in higher education and research.
